Whilst we believe in the effectiveness of the Occult Sciences, we cannot make any claims as to the said effectiveness.

All information has been gathered together over many years  from a plethora of sources including but not limited to extensive research and reading, ancient reference books, folk lore, experimentation and personal experience.

Environmental Responsibility

In our ongoing efforts to “Harm None”, we strive to only use reclaimed and recycled packing materials. Our Soaps are crafted with natural vegetable oils and sourced only from ethical suppliers. We don’t use any harm petrochemical based products. Our Candles are made from fully sustainable vegetable waxes and natural beeswax.

What payment types to you accept?

• We use PayPal Express Checkout and PayPal – probably the easiest and safest way to shop online

• Direct Deposit – Details are provided at the checkout

• Money order and Bank Cheque – these are both accepted

• Heck, we will even take a personal cheque (that is if you still use them)

• Please be aware that items will only be sent after payment has been received and cleared.


How soon will my order be sent?

Orders will be sent out within 2 business days.


When can I expect to receive my order?

As soon as payment is processed, you will receive an email indicating that the order is on its way. Then we are in the lap of the “postal Gods” as to when you receive your order. We use Australia Post, and they suggest with in a few days for metro areas, perhaps a little longer for rural and remote areas.


Can I get in any sooner?

Yes, you can select Express Post at the checkout. Again Australia Post suggests next business day for Metro areas.


Do you send items overseas?

We are an Australian based company so, Yes we will ship overseas (that includes you Tasmania).

All orders are sent air mail. We will ship to any country that will accept the parcel. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the items are not prohibited by your respective Customs and Border Protection/Security agencies.


How do you calculate shipping fees?

Our shipping rates are based on weight. Upon reaching the checkout you can enter in your postcode and the shipping will be calculated automatically. Sometimes the rate may seem slightly excessive, if this does occur, please contact us via email and we will do a manual calculation for you and let you know.


Do I have to ‘sign in’ and create an account to order?

No, you don’t. But, if you do create an account with The Cauldron of Wellbeing, this allows you to track your order history and store your shipping addresses to checkout faster next time.


What do you do with the information I provide?

Please note that we keep all information provided private and under no circumstances will we ever pass on or sell any of your details, including email address to anyone. The information we gather from you is to enable us to despatch your order and to forward you updates on your order status. In the near future we will be sending out Seasonal Newsletters detailing Product information, specials and loyalty discounts.


Can I return something?

We will accept the return of an item if notification is within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will issue Credit to your account or refund you. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged (as we pack extremely carefully), please contact us via email within 2 days to discuss options.
